Payment
We must receive payment in full before we ship the product. Taxes might apply in certain states. Any transaction and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and send you a re-fund.

Shipping
We ship to most countries with a few exceptions. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All our products may be shipped with signature confirmation.

Please keep in mind that customs can cause significant delays (in some cases 10+ business days). This especially applies to Australian customs, which sometimes cause delays of up to 15 business days.

You will be responsible for any taxes, custom fees, VAT or any other fees that might be associated with importing our products to your country, as well as insuring you fullfil all the necessary requirements to allow you to import our products into your country.

Returns Policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of delivery and be pre-authorized through our staff. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization # that we ask you to write in big letters on the returned package. The returned item(s) must be in original, new, undamaged condition and include all packing, manuals and other items it came with. In certain cases, a 10 percent re-stocking fee might apply. Custom made items can not be returned (for example Lens Gears).

If approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Refunds
All refunds will always be made in US Dollars no matter of the currency the order was originally paid in. A refund will never exceed the original purchase price in US Dollars at the time of the initial purchase (The product list price in US Dollars will be taken as the basis for refunds).

If a payment is made through PayPal, only 97.1% of the original amount will be refunded (PayPal unfortunately doesn’t re-fund the transaction fee).

Warranty
LoxGear branded products bought through this website come with a 2 (two) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period ends after 2 years from the date of the original purchase. If a defect occurs and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or exchange the affected product. If the product needs to be exchanged, and the original product is no longer available, the customer is given an equal or better product, or monetary compensation (not exceeding the original sales price). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any other fees associated with the return of the item.

We do not warrant the operation of the products and are under no circumstances responsible for any damage arising from their use or failure.

MISCELLANEOUS
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to make changes to our store, including change in price, content, description, terms, etc. at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typos, fax or printing errors.

The Sales Policy can be changed, altered or replaced at any time without notice.
