  • My order status says “Awaiting Payment” but I paid already, what’s going on?
    Sometimes this happens when you pay by credit card, nothing to worry about. We will usually manually change it to paid within a few hours. If there’s no change within 12 hours, please contact us.
  • My tracking number says “electronic shipment information received” for over a day now, does that mean my item still hasn’t been shipped?
    Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but unfortunately the postal service often doesn’t scan the packages when they receive them. As a result, they don’t show up in the tracking system until they get scanned at a later point in their journey. If they still don’t show up in the tracking system after 2-3 days, please contact us.
  • How long does it take from the point of placing an order till the order is shipped?
    Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders that contain custom items (built to order items) will usually ship within 5 business days.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to most countries with the exception of Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Yugoslavia, and most African countries. If we consider your country as “high risk country”, we might cancel your order or take additional measures to verify the purchase. Be aware that international transit times can vary greatly depending on how fast the delivery gets processed by your local custom agents. It’s not unusual for customs to cause delays. This especially applies to Australian customs, which sometimes cause delays of up to 15 business days (which can translate to a total transit time of over 1 month). The Australian Post also doesn’t provide tracking updates on international priority mail. 
  • Can I pick-up my order in person?
    Unfortunately this is not possible at this time.
